Come out and enjoy the water with professionals who will ensure you have a good time. To ensure a successful trip out on the lake, please make sure to read all of the following details in regards to reserving your day.
RSVPs for larger crowds are available. To reserve a party please reach out to us at 425.876.0784. We are experienced in going out with larger groups of people and are willing to work with our clients to ensure everyone has fun. Most commonly, clients book us for the day and we work together to find a good dock, park, or private residence where we can drop/pick up passengers. Please keep in mind
*All reservations MUST be paid in advance. You can pay by using the online scheduler or calling the number provided above. Weekday cancellations require 48 hours notice for transfer of dates and refund. Weekends require 72 hours notice of cancellation in order to be eligible for transfer of dates and refund. If you cancel after those time frames - you will not be eligible for a transfer of dates or a refund.
Please reach out for package deals. We do allow clients to book out large amount of hours to be used over several days (3 hour daily max, 20 hours max reservation). Please keep in mind that the cancellation policy does not apply to package deals and the full amount must be paid/will not be refunded if no-shows occur or if sessions go unused.
Rarely do we cancel reservations. However, it does happen. Wake surfing relies on mother nature more then we think. Heavy traffic on lakes, wind, snow and rain generally play a big role in those instances. When that happens, a full refund or reschedule is available.
